So that we both could access it at any time , I'm trying to figure out what exacly I need , otherwise I will purchese server stuff vps and have no idea what to do with it and if it does work with Mu Online files and sql stuff .
I found out there are difrent kind of servers
    ssd
    vps

(and some other wich I doubht are related to mu acual server hosting)
Can anyone give me advice on what should I/my friend bee looking for ?
I also found this in one of forums
    https://www.reliable4you.co.ukDoes it contain what I need ?
    If not any suggestions ?

Btw I did use the search button and found the most are outdated servers since this is 2017 , think this sorta info would help everyone who would use search to find out same information :)

What you basically would want to look for is if the cloud servers you have chosen have the option to choose Windows Server OS. If they do suggest you this OS then everything is perfect for a fresh Mu Online server. As I can see, the one provider you mentioned in your post https://www.reliable4you.co.uk has the option to choose Windows Server OS among other additional, so you can buy the cloud server from them. Concerning ssd servers, I do not actually get it why you are mentioning these servers because there are no such servers for cloud hosting up-to-date, the basic conception is the vps which are popular and generally preferred among the users.

Concerning the server setup, you just order the cloud server together with choosing which OS to install and when it is ready to use, you just connect to your Windows Server via software that is provided by the Cloud server provider and do everything you want. Basically, you can choose any offshore (outside) server that is preferable to you.
