well learn googling errors mate, says extension is worng..
1. ur apache version is outdated etc.. idk what u use?
2. what website for mu u even use?

1. Try to check whether it is enabled in your web MSSQL server => Check in php.ini
2. Insert here install.php lines from 12 to 16 we could eliminate programming errors
3. What websites and web server are you using?

Make sure it is not commented out module is indicated by the symbol ";" if there is one symbol and delete it, save the file and restart apache.
