Mu Web 0.8 installation problem.

Hello everybody! I was trying to install Mu Web 0.8 and did everything what writed in guide. So when i edited php.ini and added web to www folder and openning 127.0.0.1 it says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".
I tried restarting appache,restarting pc,NOTHING! maybe i forgot edit something in my php.ini?

easier to use xampp,,

then put your web folder

at httdocs and everything

will run smoothly
