Mu Website Registeration submit button isn't working

Hello RaGEZONE Community,
Im trying to setup website for my season 3 mu server,
I have installed a website and everything working except register submit button,
When you click on the submit button nothing happend, i have no idea what to do
i must get help from you guys!

Hay KarLi,
I used you tutorial before you send it to me XD im using all of your tutorials,
anyway we fixed the problem with the website just by changing our website files,

Maybe there is a difference between html form <input type="submit" name="name"> and php $_POST['nameE'] or if form method is GET in php try to use POST
