mucore 1.0.8 fix
Hello, recently I'm reviewing the mucore 1.0.8 and it happens that at least in my VPS not displayed correctly news and other modules, not how to fix it.
As much as I edit the html of a module is not displayed, that I understand leave some pictures:
know why? I'm using IIS & mucore 1.0.8
Try to use xampp if the problem still exist.

try using in template on first lines

ye fcv is right probably charset problem on index.php of ur template.
