MuCore 1.0.8 vote module problem

hi guys i have some problem to install this module on my website ... i did all like the thread say ( used the template fix ) but when i click to vote my page can't load... do anyone know why ??? maybe i did something wrong can anyone explain me how to install it pass by pass

Another option is to use the DMN Vote system, its much better than the mucore module, its what I use
