MuCore 1.0.8 Vote for credits problem

Hi everyone! I have downloaded 'vote for credits' module for Mu Core 1.0.8 and its not working! Appeared in user control panel 'vote for credits' , when clicking on link - its loads the same page and not moving me on VOTE page. (+ It don't gives me credits!!!!)
Where is my mistake? help please!!!
