MUcore 1.0.8 + xampp 1.7.1

Help please How to make my own WEBSITE

I just donwload and install xampp 1.7.1 But I don't know what to do now after I install this application.. How can I make my website? And about MUcore what is that? I just download it but no exe to run the files? what is this MUcore 1.0.8 files how can I add that to make website Please step by Step I am really nooobs but fast learner thanks...

1st. Use Xampp 1.7.3 for MuCore
2nd. Go to Xampp/Htdocs
3rd. Paste the MuCore Files
4th. Put your SQL Account in Config
5th. Run Xampp Control Panel
6th. install MuCore http://localhost/install/install.php
then finished :)

Astig I finish the step 1,2,3 now I lost in step 4. Where Can I see the config? to put my sql account?

I think I finish step 4. I see the Config in MUcore And put my password.. Now the step 6. is the problem. How can I install MuCore http://localhost/install/install.php when can I see that? when I click that localhost/install/install.php This is the page I see..

Damn.. My instalation is cut and did not continue.. I think in setup 7 pages.. When The username and password you need to input.. I put a wrong password and press the back button and now I cannot go back to page 7.. Is that okay?? Because in the pag 6 it said that MUcore installation is finish..
