Okay after trying many possible solutions for this guild logo bug still I couldn't fix it. so the problem was he guild logo is broken
I tried these solutions remove the function in get.php function hex2bin($RawInput) and even I renamed it to function guild_hex2bin($RawInput) and changed the color if ($mark == 0) {
$color = "#050505"; imagecolortransparent($img, 5,5,5);
And also one thing that I have noticed that the value of the G_Mark is different from the web and the database look here below.

It has nothing to do with php extensions but you still need gd2.dll
