Try to check SQL/MuOnline/Memb_Info/Design if sno_numb DataType is char(18).
If not try to change that to char(18) and SAVE Memb_Info.

@GodWolfy the sql 2008 must work easy.. i dont know what u are doing wrong, but as u see it should work, restore DB in sql 2008, BE SURE U Manually installed the ODBC (link tutorial):
