Guys please tell me how to use the MuMaker?
Where should I put the folder?
How can I attach the DB?
What DB should I attach?

Yu set your SQL database name and pasword

Select your MuOnline table from sql

then if you have any extra whare write that to in the MuMaker folder is a config.ini file

then you start it .. and shood work
