I did this server by 1.2Q guide and also i checked all my IPs three times all are good...and still say this...thx for help...
it is not the start up problem that is the GS problem, you need to check the ip just connect server and data/mapserverinfo is your ip and every thing is 127.0.0.1

or go JoinServer Right Click And Make 127.0.0.1 or your global ip!
i know 1.02Q version have many times this from my server!
