MuWeb 0.9 LANGUAGE PROBLEM

hi all... happy new year..

i need help, i cant enable languages at muweb 0.9 and who knows how enable it? at admin panel i cant import langauges its not working... i manually added langauge to sys_/muweb_db/db_languages.tDB but also not working... who can help? please
