Yeah, that's because the object has no actual geometry. No in-game objects have geometry, the .att files handle whether you can collide with them or not. Without the .att you can walk through any in-game object, which is what's happening here. Your character is doing what she is meant to, which is walking on the floor, but the object is raised higher than the floor. Only way to make it seem like you're walking on it is to raise the floor beneath that object. That way it will still look like you're walking on the object.
