MY main.exe closes when i open it pls help

I OPEN MY MAIN A WINDOWS APPEARS AND IT CLOSES IN 3 SECS ..

This is what i did. i Put my antivirus off, put the main on antivirus exceptions.
Put the main on exceptions protection at my PC.
Fire wall off.
Runed it as a administrator , service pack xp, 2000 etc.

Pls help!

Question do you have any browsers or cmd.exe open cause if you do it will cause it to stop main.exe from loading sometimes u haft to replace main.exe with new fresh one

Close of all programs and try again.

i did , i closed all things checked it on tast manager and nothing.
