Namech Project Windows 8

I use Namech Project Season II. A problem occurred while playing for Windows 8. While playing it throws every minute.
Windows 7 - functional
Windows XP - functional
Windows 8 - dysfunctional
Where is the problem?
How to fix it?

Run your server as administrator (1st)
and check what error you have when you get disconnected every minute in gameserver
