Hello guys im back for my question,
i banned IP address in my Server and through MuCore ban IP Filter, and i deleted their Ip but they cant still Access the web and ServeR? any help? thanks in advance blushing:

people who use VPS are unbanable.

also there are other proxies that can bypass ip bans.

but if you are lucky, they might be noobs who just reset their router and get same ip adress but only with different last 2 digits.if so than you can simply range ban them in your firewall.
range ban : xxx.xxx.0.1 - xxx.xxx.255.255

xxx.xxx = his ip address first 2 set of nubmers
