I am trying to add Custom Jewel, but this always happen. Do I have to rename the jewel180.bmd thing? To make it work?

Whats the problem? You added the item into the item.txt and bmd.. but you need to add it into the itemtooltext.bmd too and maybe into one more file. If I am right.
