you must check GameServer and ConnectServer ports or maybe your GS is not working at all

Yep, you must check gameserver settings.

its connect server / gs ID / client ip problem.

check the ip address, ports and server ID-s in the connectserver serverlist.dat file.

after that check the server ID in the gs / data/serverinfo.dat file

and check the gs ports, if everythink is okey on the server side, check the client IP again!
