Need help for some settings Season 4 !

Hello ... i make an S4 muserver and i start to test it but i need some help :

1) in BC wings bug ( can`t see them)
2) my server have 60k points and i want to edit to 32k maximum
3) i can`t equip fenrir ... it can be used at 300 lvl but i have 400 lvl and can`t equip

For 1) i dont know how to resolve the bug and for 2) i search every file for "maxpoint" and i dont found nothing :| and 3) same like 1) !

I use JPN files for my server . Thanks !

in question no.1, use Normal character in BC not a Admin/GM Character

and in question no.2 I think its something in your SQL table

for No.3 I don't have any idea :p
