Need help with DS and BC

i need to know how can i edit the start hour of each event, for example: Bc starts at 7:00am and 7:00pm everyday. Same with DS.

those are my BloodCastle.dat and DevilSquare.dat, i don't see the way to change the time for the events.
I already checked in commonserver, i changed BloodCastleStartHour to 8 but nothing happens.

i checked every single file inside that folder and there isn't any config for BC or DS :S.........
