first it always depends on what of ur files - secondly you dont seem to google how to add glow effects on your items (muonline)

in season 8 - season 11 there wont be excellent glow effect. WebZen brought nice glow effect only on season 11.

You can make it with some ASM programming, but I am not sure you really want it.
