talk Need help with Installing TTDB

    1. Downloaded this official TTDB installer
    2. https://github.com/TitansTech/TitanDBInstaller
    3. Add information to config.ini
    4. Then Run as Administrator TitanMuInstaller.exe application from location
    ..\TitanDBInstaller-master\TitanDBInstaller-master\TitanMuInstaller\bin\Debug\
    5. Selected options (you can see in ss) and press Start
Get Errors. The same error and with Microsoft SQL Server 2008

Maybe someone can help ? :)

Re: Need help with Installing TTDB

As i can see.. (i've never used that tool) the problem is ODBC... i don't know well if TTDB is trying to connect to ODBC or trying to create the proper DSN for MuOnline database.

My best suggestion: do it yourself. It is simple to create databases and so it is creating ODBC manually.

Control panel>Administrative tools>Data Sources (ODBC) or
Control panel> System and security>Administrative tools>Data Sources (ODBC)

    Then:

    - Clic on System DSN tab
    - Add button
    - Select SQL SERVER
    - In name you must type the ODBC.. generally there are 6 DSN that you must create depending on the version of your server. (MuOnline, Login, USELOG, MuOnlineJoinDB, Event and Ranking)
    - In Server field type (local)
    - Then next 2 times and select the proper default database for your ODBC. (DSN's: MuOnline, USELOG, MuOnlineJoinDB must be set to MuOnline database. Ranking and Event must be set to Ranking and Event databases... obviusly).
    - Then next, next, next, etc and finish.

Remember that you must write the the DSN in your MuServer configs files, otherwise, your ODBC connection will fail.
Also remember that if you are running your server in x64bits OS you will need to create your ODBC in C:/Windows/SysWOW64/odbcad32.exe

    I think that's all.
    Greetings!
