Need help with muemu s6.3 configs

Hello, rz community.
First of all sorry for my bad english :D

I have some questions about muemu s6.ep3 config files:

1. Can i make reset any reset item?
In configs i found only zen.But i want for example this:

1 - 10 res people need 1 soul 10kk zen
11 - 20 people need 2 soul 20kk zen
....

2. How can i make a reset reward?
For example 1 reset 15 wcoin, 2 reset 30 wcoin ....

3. Do any1 have example of good character balance configs for this files?
