are your running with router or without router
and if your using no-ip, dont use DNS with " - " it will not work
try using servegame.com or sytes.net or zapto.org

you said youre using NO-IP right? what NO-IP dns did you use for your server?
ok if you got a router, first open the port 44405, 55901 and 55919 (and also 55903 if youre using subserver)
then allow this in your firewall connectserver, gameserver and gameservercs
I dont know the dns. I read on some other forum that you dont have to open the ports if you are hosting local. The ports are open.
did you register in NO-IP? what did you use NO-IP for your server?

No i didnt, i thought you could write ''no-ip'' to use it as local. So if im going to use the server for only local purpose is it correct to use 127.0.0.1?

well im getting same prob as yours if im using a short ip example like 127.0.0.1, 192.168.0.101it doesnt work for me.
dont know if the problem is on my HEXeditor or on my PC
well my solution that i do for that is I need to use long DNS to be able to see the server.. thats why im using no-ip.

use a ethernet cable, Connect to laptop, etc,
on ur server pc (pc which has sql on)y in cmd tpe, ipconfig, Look for your local connection, use the local connection IP, change the ip in server file with your local connection + muserver startup ,well thats how i config my local connection.
