192.168.3 is probably a wrong IP you openforward to, go to start>run>cmd> write IPCONFIG press enter -> you will see IPv4 it will be like 192.168.1.103 and use that IP instead of the Default Gateway and that might solve your problem, plus u posted on wrong section mate to get more help u best post here :http://forum.ragezone.com/f193/

thanks for your reply i did follow your guide on youtube and i believe that i did get the ip from ipconfig but tonight i will check again, and also when i open a port my router does give me a list of the connected devices and their ips, so i doubt that wrong ip would be the problem, maybe the problem is my ISP "Fastweb" becauze i read somewhere on the internet that some people using Fastweb didnt have a personal Public IP and maybe fastweb also blocks my ports.

For me whats logical: If you have options in router panel to portfoward then means you CAN forward.. its just that there is something u do wrong, also is your router Wireless? Cuz it looks like it is, and i remember many ppl had issues portforwarding on wireless, i f u can plug it with cable and re-check that would be better.

Re: Need Help with port opening!! tried everything!!!

hmm did u add the port normally or with custom rule

    To add a custom service:
To define a service, game, or application that does not appear in the Service Name menu, you must first determine which port number or range of numbers is used by the application. You can usually determine this information by contacting the publisher of the application, user groups, or newsgroups.

    1. Click ADVANCED > Advanced Setup > Port Forwarding/Port Triggering.
    2. Select Port Forwarding as the service type.
    3. Click Add Custom Service.

    4. In the Service Name field, enter a descriptive name.
    5. In the Protocol field, select the protocol.
If you are unsure, select TCP/UDP.
    6. In the Starting Port field, enter the beginning port number.
If the application uses a single port, enter the same port number in the Ending Port field.
If the application uses a range of ports, enter the ending port number of the range in the Ending Port field.
In the Server IP Address field, enter the IP address of your local computer that will provide this service.
    7. Click Apply.
The service appears in the list in the Port Forwarding/Port Triggering screen.

    also try portfoward triggering?
    and use both tcp/udp

Check for DMZ option in your router. And sometimes internet provider offers only private IP address and redirecting ports won't help you. Maybe call provider for more info about this.

    1) Download portforward : How to Setup a Static IP Address in XP, Vista, Windows 7, and Game Consoles
    2) pres trial version if you dont have lic.. key
    3) make you`r Local IP static
    4) now try again to open ur ports.

was my problem to, read my first post. 100.xxx.xxx.xx is local whatsmyip show only public ip, you need to open ports for local ip and portforward progarm will help you for all proablem you have. there you have a option to open ports for many games, you dont need to do anything manually.
