From the vault or where? Check the commonserver.cfg maybe has option to allow or disable socket.

in commonserver nothing,and i need from game form example, i put brame armor on shop but he put with socket but i need then i put he put without socket

elee just delete those items from item.txt from data/lang/kor or eng/ completely.

Usually there must be config to disable or edit socket options drop
