Need some help setting up a public MuServer

i need some little help for setting up a repack server files..

my system and somethings...
Windows7 x86/x64 (Currently using x86)
SQL Server 2000/2008r2 (Currently using 2000)
TP-Link Router (Not Wireless)
No-Ip Account
MuCore + template
xampp 1.7.1
HexEditor
MuNavigator
MuMaker for S6E2
New Wings files only
Fixed Main.exe (3D Cam,New Items,etc.)

and what seems to be your issue? If you are asking help because you have no idea what to do, I'd recommend you get a tutorial instead, you will never learn if you ask people to do it for you.

If you are getting an error or have any kind of issue or doubt about how to do something, ask, just don't expect someone to add you on skype and set the server for you after that.
