Need some siege adivse

Oke i whant help with this:
1. How do i disable CTRL button durring the Castle Siege event? I whant to kill other players like in Duel System, without holding CTRL
2.How i restrict entrance into THRONE for players that dont have a guild?
3.How or where do i set To Seal succesfully without move to 30 secs because now its setted to 1 minute
