u dont have router why use no-ip ? anyways u go to No-IP - Dynamic DNS, Static DNS for Your Dynamic IP
register> add host to ur acc > like hamachi.sytes.net dont use with " - " ip's
or it will have problem with mapserverinfo.dat

and then download the no-ip client and have the ip ticked and the programm running and ur done.
u just need to edit ur ip on server fiels with the no-ip ;)

You can also use FreeDNS - Free DNS - Dynamic DNS - Static DNS subdomain and domain hosting , you can find tons of subdomains there , and you can setup any IP as NS , A , MX , and other records. 4 subdomains or domains are allowed on each free account.

u dont have router why use no-ip ?

He have dynamic IP.So every reconnect to internet he get another IP from ISP provider.

I created MuServer but i want to connect everyone to my server how can they join to my server?i don't have router so i cant go port forwarding

if u cant open ports then use hamachi
if ur ports are unblocked
then use no-ip.com
and add a ahost like test.sytes.net and install the noip client on ur pc and there wont be problem cus noip its like alternative ip of ur ip ... it doesnt matter if it changes it will be like static one
