NO-IP works fine on season 8, but when I try NO-IP on zteam season6 or on other season 6, I am the only one who can log in, others cannot.

Then use your global ip on client and server side but use NO-IP on your website. If your afraid of people finding your ip don't worry NO-IP don't hide it anyway.
