No Item name and Excellent options are white Please Help..

Hi can anyone tell me where to fix this problems. There is no item name on top when you hover the cursor on the item and some items with full excellent opts are white. I would really appreciate it. thanks in advance :)

It's a bug in Webzen's client. I am not sure, if it's from Season 5 or only in Season 6 client.

Can anyone please tell me how to fix the problem? Or can anyone just point out if this is a client issue which i can fix by using an editor? Thanks in advance :)

IGCN could not fix it in their S6 (or they didn't want to fix it) so I think you won't be able to do anything about it. They only way is not using ancient items with exc options.
