did u opened port 44405 and 55901? if yes check it again on Open Port Check Tool
if is working then problem could be
u didnt configured ur server with ur IP's correctly
also ur client [main.exe]
maybe i did not open ,, cause i dont know where to open ..

go to start> run > cmd.exe type ipconfig u will see "Default Gateway .......... AND AN IP LIKE "192.168.XX.X"
Copy the IP and put it on URL Browser
login if required u must find the user and pass from ur router papers or something
then go to port forwarding and open 44405 / 55901 / 55919 for CS to TCP and UDP on that ip Default Gateway 192.168.X.XX
then run server and check ports on canyouseeme.org
if opeened then enjoy ur server.
