when you 1st time used the serverfile it works?

if its the 1st time, use another database.

btw, 1st of all try with another database, if the database is the problem you solved it, if not, the problem is in the serverfile! try it and write.

If you are using eDataserver, don't, instead use Dataserver1 and Dataserver as usual.

if this is not the problem, try changing the db as djasad94 suggested.

Is clear that my Dataserver1 has identify the AccountID as alexander and i wronte Alexander as Account id , so my i have to see the case-sensitive on my db ,

i create a new accout "ahsadhkasjkajs" with a new name " hasdasadja" and works to make account still with Alexander cant make account

On my Dataserver1 says (that i have 4 char already but writes alexander not Alexander

check the Account Character table in the database, i think your characters half of data is here.
so if you remove the character names from the AccountCharacter table i think it will works!

You read the latest answer? it was only his "old" account problem, so after he created a new account his problem was solved.
