If i would like to make a server with NON RESET i could change it via script or GS?

You just disable reset module in your web script.

If you use Muweb it asks you whether to enable or disable resets at installations if I remember correctly.

or will stop on 400? because how to put more than 400 reset in commonserv? How about the stats?
