NPC RESET System config?

How to configure the npc reset system..in Season 6.3
coz when i went to loren market and check the npc..and i didnt find the master reset npc in loren market
any help..

Add npc at MonsterSetBase then u'll be able to see, config is only to specify
which one should act as reset npc as long we r talking about the same s6.3 s-files.

but theres no npc on that coordinate
