Seems like your are new to Mu server making. I suggest you to google some basic terms such as: server, SQL, VPS, MSSQL, client, hex main.exe, etc. Then come back and visit threads in section "Guide".

I'm making a server, too. Pm me if you need help. I can't do much but may try my best.

I feel like you use ur IPV4 Address. just change it to your global ip and portforward ports. not that hard.

Bro all you got to do is portforward ports that was in the guide on that repack. In your router go into CMD and type ipconfig and look for default gateway and go into your browser and type in that default gateway and find portforwarding and portforward the ports and turn off ur firewall and change the ip's to your global which you can find out What's My IP Address? - Obsolete Browser Page have a good day mate.
