Other PC's cant connect.. i need some help..

uhmm, good day. me and my friend decided to make a server.. hes the one who host it. well the problem is that why cant other pc's connect on it.. the pc's that cant connect has the same connection the server had.. its PLDT 999 plan. what should we do to make other pc's that has the same connection can log on it.. even me cant connect on it. i need some help guys. hope you could read this. add me in ym gensan_high101@yahoo.com ..

open this ports 44405 / 55901 in UDP and TCP then run your server and go to Open Port Check Tool and check if the ports are successfulyy opened. if yes and still same problem means u didnt configured ur server with the ips correctly or also the main.exe
