There is a huge difference between developing server files and make your server online. So, what do you want? Someone, who will help you develop server files, fix bugs etc. or you want someone, who will configurate your server files and make it running?

i find it useless coming to MMORPG developement forum and asking to buy files or developer.. u wont find 99% a muonline developer that is in the ''Mood'' to help you fix bugs etc in server files i guarantee you.
all server files , server online , and can be manage my server as long as im in work , how much is to be paid (sorry for the english) all in all with webshop , security etcccc...
probably around 30 for hosting server, files free or u get from IGCN premium around 300 euro and monthly like 30 i dont know..
so basically even antihack = + 25euro or something, and for the whole setup.. good luck with that lol =D around 50 euro maybe.
