Party exp settings RMST

Hello. I have one question. Who can explain me what does it means?
RMST/Common.ini:

[PartyExp]
NormalParty2Exp					= 160
NormalParty3Exp 				= 180
NormalParty4Exp					= 200
NormalParty5Exp					= 220
SetParty3Exp					= 230
SetParty4Exp					= 270
SetParty5Exp					= 300

This numbers are exp rates or %?
In CommonServer.cfg I will have exp rate 150x and I want to setup pt exp like this:
1. 2 chars (NOT CHAR PT) - exp 130x
2. 3 chars (NOT CHAR PT) - exp 120x
3. 4 chars (NOT CHAR PT) - exp 110x
4. 5 chars (NOT CHAR PT) - exp 100x

1. 3 chars (CHAR PT) - exp 160x
2. 4 chars (CHAR PT) - exp 155x
3. 5 chars (CHAR PT) - exp 165x

How can I do this? Help me please. Thanks :)

If your exp rate of the server is set to 150x, don't set the party exp lower then that because they will get lower exp. :) play with the settings and test them.

Ex:
NormalParty2Exp = 160; 160/2=80% for each party member

Try this one:

NormalParty3Exp 				= 264
NormalParty4Exp					= 352
