PHP Problems (Creating website)

I've been trying to install a website. I've used MuWeb 0.6 which didnt work, then I used MuWeb 0.8 that worked...But I decided to use SkyTeam webpages cause they had more layouts and the website seemed more complete.
When I was using MuWeb 0.6 I had the MSSQL.DLL problem and didnt get to figure out why that happened...then now with the SkyTeam i am having the same problem:

"This host does not support MSSQL.
To install this page you must have active MSSQL.
If this is your own server, you can easily start msssql support.

Edit php.ini (C:\windows\ in standart configuration), find ;extension=php_mssql.dll and delete " ; " before it."

I already looked 100 times over my php.ini and its enabled already. I unninstalled AppServ and installed new versions already and nothing happened.
I dont know what else I can try to do....Does someone have any solutions for this or can provide me a good guide on how to do this?

open the D:\EasyPHP1-8\apache\php.ini and go to the final of this txt and search
;extension=php_mssql.dll
and left this
extension=php_mssql.dll

i have allready edit..but when i enter http://locallhost/ in my web it still give the code error of "*123". i dont understand whats wrong..

try to use xampp or apache2triad, it worked well for me without problems,

This mean, php_mssql.dll is not enabled in ur php.ini
Fix:
I-Enter in php.ini and find ;extension=php_mssql.dll
II-Remove ; from front and we will have extension=php_mssql.dll
III-Save php.ini
IV-Restart webserver

And Maybe for EvilGhosty , did u startup your MSSQL SERVER?
