Picture items will not appear in the shop vip Titan

I wonder if anyone knows how I can be adding images of the items in this shop game as shown in the image below:



Have I reviewed both the server and client to see if I could see that image "NO IMAGE" to have me an idea of where to add more images of items not meeting the somehow

for the vip shop to show images u have to link it with a website and put the images there

but these pictures of these items have to be in what format?
correct name and what I put into each image to show the image of the correct item?
