Player Online but not online

hello in my server if a player get disconnect from server , or he close main.exe from ALT+F4 he stay connected and when he try to connect back appear your account is online, how to repair this?

i use TT 11.00.35 have other joinserver without TTJoinServer ?

what is "autodisconnect" can u say more?
