Please How to change the 3d camera???

My client have 3d camera. the problem is the 3d camera is in the arrow key so everytime I chat my camera move. How can I chage the 3d camera setting like If I press f9 the 3d camera will active.. f9 again deactivate. Note: There is no configuration to edit in the 3d camera in this client. can I put in my main.exe the vcorp.dll I think this is the 3d camera?? Not so sure. Or can I just change my main.exe to other client Like 1.7
