Please teach me how to Add items into Webshop - Mu Core 1.0.8

I have try to use admin panel to add item but it doesn't work.
Every time I click on "Create new Item" in "Item Setting", it just show a blank page like this

I have read somewhere that there is another way. I have to run some scripts on SQL.
But I dont know how. Please help this poor noob

Have you tried reinstalling mucore 1.0.8 and what files do you use?

Well i had that list with the item codes for webshop no idea i lost those files so yeah u must put the query in SQL or else do it manually on website not sure whats easier check the webshop items tables in sql and do it in similar way.
