Pls Help Gameserver_GS Fail

Hi guys, been searching for 2 days now but other then "it's working now" i can't find any solution.

My Gameserver_GS doesn't seems to start up!
Everything does except that one.

I followed the guide in the post of (server 1 2 3 4 5).

My SQL Works fine!
I putted all the usernames and passes correct.

ODBC works fine. No probs there!

Here is what i have modified:
Global IP in: startup.ui / serverlist / mapserver *both* / scf thing

I opened the ports on the router
44405 UDP
55901 UDP+TCP
55903 UDP+TCP
55919 UDP+TCP

I removed the firewall from both the windows and router
AND
putted exeptions in the windows firewall.

The big problem is that when i start the gameserver_GS i first get 2 errors data eng + JPN dll
after that my gameserver turns blanc and keeps loading! Eventually it will close!

I run windows 7 32 bits & tried it also on vista 32 bit
Both same problem.

Please help me because there aint a solution on the forum, only "add me on msn" or "fixed it, thanx"

EDIT: Have tried it without router, same problem, serials from server and main.exe are the same and my ip in main = global

you got netframewoirk 3.5 installed on your pc?

windows 7 standaard framework 3.5.

But yes, i went to the features in windows to ENABLE 3.5 framework

I enabled the framework and still the same!

Pls guys, help me!
