I got a problem with Port 80. It's blocked, and i open it froom windows firewall and froom router.. and it's still something blocking.. what can be?! what i can do to unblock? PFPortChecker say >> Could not test port 80 because some other application has that port locked. Please close any applications that my be using this port and try again. <<
But i dont have programs open.. :/
Open command (cmd.exe) but be sure you run as administrator
and type
then check if port 80 is in use.Code:netstat -anb
Skype probably is blocking your 80 port... check skype connection settings

Listen the main problem of this issue is cause of his domain his global ip or domain wont connect! port 80 is open before you say check that firewall is disable before you check that

Ip-Correct
Sql Information-Correct
Just wont connect!
only thing i can say is re install mucore 1.0.8 and good luck

When i had such a problem , i uninstalled xampp then went to start>run>msconfig> uncheck programms on startup that no needed after i boot the PC
and restarted PC and installed xampp again . try that if you like.
Just tried to reinstall xampp and installed mucore but still same result only connects local host not global or domain!
u sure you opened your port on your Lan IP?
what it says at www.canyouseeme.org if you write 80 and check it;
i called right now, my domaine company and internet company, and they said cuz it's open..so the only solution it's on my pc.. what could be..? i dont have skype.. i will try to reinstal xampp.. to see if that it's the problem..
If you have installed, SQL Reporting service can also use port 80
i had everything working on his other ip then he move to another family member house and ip switch which his family member using dynamic ip! and i re edit all ips this is the problem im getting now!

this was the problem.. the ip address was 0.0.0.0
Lol why not trying connecting to your website 79.118.1.65 gonna send you straight to your router ;P
