Potion Recovery

Hi all, i'm use MMT Files Season 2. Where setup the recovery for healing potion?
In PVP the players are immortal because the potion are very strong!

some server files have configs for HP MP recovery but its hard to say for where you find, search from config files you can find if have

I search in all config file, but the option to SetRecovery dont exist.

One gs editor for 1.00.18 GS?
