Priest Devin not clickble

Hi guy i can't click on Priest Devin to make 3rd quest what should i do please help. Nothing appears when i try to click on him

Did you accept the quest from crywolf did you do all the task etc... And what files are you using if i may ask?

Of course i do all the requirements and i use euphoria mu server files

Just restart GS, because crywoft is working then it fails because no player so all NPC from crywoft hidden
Or just open monstersetbase and add more Priest Devin on davias
