Problem loading GameServer

Why this problem could occur? I installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package on a fresh Dedicated Server, but this error appears using these server files gameserver... How to fix IT?

I start GameServer, it loads fully and after like 5 minutes I got this error.

I've done this guide's all steps, but when I reach a step, which recommends to download a program and check for viruses it shows GameServer, DataServer files as viruses and they are needed to be deleted... I don't understand, why for others there is no such error, why it is only for me... I installed MC Visual++ ON A FRESH DEDICATED SERVER it is not possible there to be any it's files... it is really messed up.
